The glucose product, prepared for use in Nougat and Caramel production, is kept ready for use in the glucose tank at a specific temperature. During use, it is automatically transferred to the pre-preparation mixers by means of a pump.

Why Should I Choose?

The glucose product is kept ready for use in the glucose tank at a specific temperature, to be transferred to the pre-preparation mixers.
The bottom of the tank is manufactured in a cambered (dished) shape to facilitate the flow of the product to the pre-preparation mixers.
The glucose tank is manufactured entirely from food-grade stainless steel.
The glucose heating system is independent and has its own heater system with a pot reservoir.
The outer part of the tank is double-jacketed for heat insulation.
Inside the tank, under the lid, there is a washing nozzle for cleaning the tank. The washing nozzle has a rotating head for easy use.
