Why Should I Choose?

The caramel product, made ready for cooking in the pre-preparation mixer, is transferred to the caramel cooking boiler. It is turned into caramel by boiling with superheated steam in the caramel cooking boiler.
The product is taken into the boiler with the help of actuated valves.
The cooking boiler has a double-jacketed design; the first jacket contains superheated steam, and the second jacket is heat-insulated, providing energy efficiency.
There is an agitator motor on the chamber and a thermocouple to measure the product temperature.
When the desired temperature is reached, the steam heating system is automatically deactivated, and the product is transferred to the resting tank via an actuated valve.
A lid and sight glass are located on the chamber so that the operator can easily observe the products.
The caramel cooking boiler is equipped with a flowmeter; the water inlet is automatically weighed and controlled via the PLC screen.
The cooked caramel is transferred to the resting tank located below it.
The resting tank is equipped with an agitator and an agitator motor.
The resting tank is double-jacketed, featuring both heating and cooling systems; it also has a heater system with a pot reservoir.
The caramel is automatically transferred from the resting tank to the subsequent stages via a pump.
The caramel cooking boiler can be cleaned by circulating water during cleaning; the resting tank is washed with a rotating spray ball and a PLC-controlled hot water system.
