The product coming from the caramel cooking boiler and resting tank is stored in this tank to be made ready for use.
Thanks to its design with an agitator and a heat jacket, the product is kept homogeneous and at the ideal temperature.
In compliance with hygiene and food safety standards, all surfaces in contact with food are made of stainless steel.
The motor driving the agitators is located on the tank and is supported by a heater system with a pot reservoir.
The caramel stored in the tank is automatically transferred to the next stage via a pump if desired.
To facilitate cleaning of the tank, there is a rotating spray ball under the lids, and hot water is automatically supplied via the PLC screen. Discharge valves make the washing process easy and fast.
