Why Should I Choose?

The liquor solution unit consists of two main sections, namely the whipping mixer and the storage tank, and both units are located on the same chassis.
The whipping mixer mixes the raw materials of the liquor solution used in nougat production (oil, cocoa, PST, milk powder, etc.) to form a homogeneous liquid.
The oil inlet is automatically taken into the mixer in the desired amount via a flowmeter or loadcell system.
The product in the mixer is mixed quickly and effectively using the high-speed turbo-mixer principle; the drive of the agitators is provided by the motor on the mixer.
The prepared solution is automatically transferred to the storage tank via a pump according to need.
The storage tank ensures the storage and resting of the solution; the stainless agitator paddles inside the tank maintain the homogeneity of the product, and the drive of the paddles is performed by the motor on the tank.
Both tanks have hot water jackets, and hot water circulation is provided by their own pumps.
Pumps and actuated valves ensure the automatic transfer of the liquor solution to the next production stage.
The washing head is located on the storage tank and performs the cleaning of the tank and pipelines with water provided from the hot water storage tank.
