Why Should I Choose?

Nougat syrup usage tank is a tank where the syrup product is kept ready for use by being mixed homogeneously at a specific temperature.
It is manufactured entirely from food-grade AISI 304 quality stainless steel.
Product recipes defined via the control panel automatically adjust the amount of product to be transferred from the tank or taken into the cooking vessel using loadcells and electronic valves.
The body heating system is provided by independent heaters, and hot water is circulated in the tank jacket thanks to the heating system with a pot reservoir.
The jacket water is continuously circulated with the help of a circulation pump.
To maintain the homogeneous structure, there are agitators inside the tank.
The bottom of the tank is manufactured in a cambered (conical) design so that no product remains inside.
Thanks to the structure with a weighing unit (loadcell), the desired amount of liquid mixture is automatically transferred to the Nougat Cooking Vessel (Seidomat) via a pump.
All control and monitoring operations are carried out via the PLC screen located on the Nougat Pre-Preparation Mixer.
The inner surface of the tank and the pipe connections can be easily washed and drained thanks to the rotating washing nozzles located inside the vessel.
The washing head is available on the system.
