Why Should I Choose?

The pre-preparation mixer is a mixing tank where raw materials are collected and mixed homogeneously within the scope of the nougat production process to be made ready for production.
It is manufactured entirely from food-grade AISI 304 quality stainless steel.
Raw materials entering the system are weighed automatically thanks to the loadcell equipment; the system is PLC controlled.
Raw materials from the sugar screw conveyor, glucose tank, and water inlet line are dosed into the pre-preparation mixer in the desired amounts via the loadcell system.
The mixer system is driven by a single motor and has a double-agitator structure.
It has a heater system with a pot reservoir. It features an independent heating system, and hot water is circulated in the tank jacket by the heater located within the tank unit.
The product is continuously circulated within the tank with the help of a circulation pump.
After production, the prepared product is transferred to the nougat syrup usage tank by means of a pump.
Thanks to the rotating washing nozzles located under the mixer lid, hot water can be taken automatically via the PLC screen to wash the interior of the chamber and the pipelines. Drain valves are available for the washing process.
