It ensures the preparation and storage of the milk-based solution required for caramel and chocolate production. It consists of two main sections: the solution preparation mixer and the solution storage tank.
The mixer turns solid materials (sugar, glucose, milk powder) into a homogeneous liquid to be used in the pre-preparation tank.
The milk solution prepared in the mixer is safely stored in the storage tank and can be automatically sent to pre-preparation when needed.
The tank body is heated by central hot water, thus keeping the solution at the desired temperature at all times.
Resistances and agitator motors are designed to be located on the tanks to provide ease of use and maintenance.
A weighing system is available in the unit to ensure correct proportioning and recipe standardization in production.
