Why Should I Choose?

The mixer is manufactured from food-grade 304 quality stainless steel.
It ensures chocolate production by mixing the raw materials inside the mixer.
To prevent the prepared chocolate from solidifying, the machine's outer wall is manufactured with a jacketed structure through which hot water passes.
Inside the mixer, there are steel balls to break up particles in the chocolate, ensure homogenization, and increase the chocolate's viscosity.
Specially manufactured strainers are used at the outlet to prevent the steel balls from entering the pump.
If the product temperature exceeds the desired level, a cold water shock is applied for control purposes.
The ready chocolate is sent to the next stage by a pump.
The pipes are manufactured as jacketed to prevent the prepared chocolate from solidifying again during transfer.
Single and double models are available according to customer request.
