To prevent the chocolate from solidifying, it is made with a jacketed structure, and hot water or steam is circulated within the jacket.
It contains a stirrer (agitator) that operates continuously to maintain the homogeneity of the chocolate.
The chocolate kept ready for use inside is transferred via a pump to the required machines when needed.
